About Us

A. Joey Bastin Optical, LLC. is a family owned, and operated business. My name is Joey Bastin, and I am the owner/manager. My wife Sondra, and I started the business in December 2007. Both she, and I have been working in the optical industy for over fifty years combined. I am a certified Ophthalmic dispenser/Optician. I am certified in the state of Kentucky. I also have two national certifications from the American Board of Ophthalmic Dispensers, and the National Contact Lens Examiners. My secretary/bookeeper is my sister-in-law Patty Farris, who is Sondra`s sister. Patty does the day to day bookeeping, and all around help three days a week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
